Jenny has been a registered nurse since 1998 and has experience and qualifications in a variety of settings including rural, military nursing, intensive care, midwifery and neonatal care, retrieval nursing and primary health care.
She has been working in general practice since 2010 and has completed a Master of Nursing (Primary Health Care Nursing) through the University of Queensland. She has since also turned her hand to Practice Management and completed her Diploma in Professional Practice Leadership through the University of New England (UNE) Partnerships in 2018.
Jenny enjoys working with patients of all ages and helping patients to achieve their optimum level of health and wellbeing and is a member of the Australian Primary Health Care Nurses Association (APNA) and Australia Association of Practice Managers (AAPM).
Mimka joined Fiveways Surgery in 2017. With a background in office administration, ‘Mim’ as she likes to be called, completed her medical reception training through the Wesley Institute of Training in 2013.
Mim loves her job and particularly loves connecting with our patients, having a laugh, helping, and yarning with our older patients about stories from yesteryear.
Originally a registered nurse, Fiona completed her training at the Queensland University of Technology and specialised in paediatrics. While not currently nursing, Fiona draws on her clinical knowledge in her reception role and enjoys the ability to connect with the local community and establish good working relationships.
Ruby joined Fiveways Surgery in March 2021. When she is not working at Fiveways, she studying social work at the University of Queensland. Ruby looks forward to being able to build connections and become a friendly face for patients that come to Fiveways.
